Adolfo's Subterranean Creature was created by Adolfo Rivera for the spotlight challenge of the Face Off season 5 episode "Subterranean Terror".
This disfigured humanoid was actually a prisoner with a strange mutation which allowed him to gather strength from electricity. As his captors weren't aware of this, their attempts to execute him backfired and only resulted in the prisoner not only surviving the ordeal but also becoming strong enough to break his chains and escape. It was a bottom look with the judges criticizing the sculpting and the paint job. Adolfo was eliminated from the competition for his work on this creature.
