Aguilera appeared in 2021 TV series called Kamen Rider Revice. Aguilera (アギレラ, Agirera) is the figurehead of the Deadmans who was raised into believing she was Giff's fiancée until discovering she was his vessel. She would later acquire and use the Queen Bee Proto Vistamp to transform into the Queen Bee Deadman (女王蜂のデッドマン, Kuīn Bī Deddoman).
According to Aguilera, she has been a part of the Deadmans since she was a toddler, and was told she'd become Giff's bride by two other cultists. In actuality, they were grooming her to be an untainted vessel for Giff when he eventually revives.
Aguilera, along with Olteca and Julio, were first seen leading the Deadmans' rally by using the Vistamps to summon Giff Juniors from her cult followers who cheered for them. As she embraces her dormant fiancé, Giff, she proudly remarks that the time for demons has come and will soon shatter the world order by spreading chaos.
Aguilera participated in the attack on the Fenix ceremony with their army of Giff Juniors. As the Deadmans spread panic towards the civilians present, she took a camera and publicly declared her intentions to create hell on Earth, before she and her subordinates made their leave. In the end, Ikki Igarashi managed to contract with his demon, Vice, in order to become Kamen Riders Revi and Vice to combat the Deadmans.
While she and her accomplices continue to spawn more Deadmans for their cause, the Deadmans would form an alliance with Kamen Rider Evil, Kagero, to implode the Igarashi family. Aguilera would form a little rivalry with Sakura Igarashi, mocking the latter's combat expertise by simply dodging them. While she ridiculed Sakura's weaknesses, Aguilera still offered her a place with the Deadmans, but such efforts were dismissed after Sakura became Kamen Rider Jeanne.
After the Deadmans were close to obtain six Giftex, Aguilera prepared for her wedding ceremony with Giff. Unbeknownst to her, Olteca revealed that her true purpose was to be Giff's vessel. Aguilera was restrained and forced to become the center of the ritual to reawaken Giff against her will. However due to the Kamen Riders' raid in the Deadmans' base, Aguilera's life was spared and she transformed into the Queen Bee Deadman, tainting her from being Giff's pure vessel.
Aguilera has a sinisterly carefree demeanor, not liking being told what to do. Having been groomed from childhood to believe she would be Giff's bride, she is firmly loyal to the Deadmans and yearns for Giff's revival. Due to this grooming, Aguilera is fiercely protective of Giff, snapping when George was inspecting Giff's statue out of curiosity.
Even after being told by Olteca that she's the final sacrifice for Giff's full revival, she paid little mind about it, and was reluctant to be saved by Ikki. After witnessing the destruction of Deadmans' base and apparent death of Giff, she broke down in tears.

- Energy Burst: The Queen Bee Deadman Phase 3 can generate and release energy shaped as bee stingers from its body at friend and foe.
