The Bacchus Dragon appeared in 2011 TV series called Toriko. The Bacchus Dragon (バッカスドラゴン Bakkasudoragon) is a large dragon beast who reigns over Bacchus Isle, a paradise where every living being is infused with alcohol. It is Mansam's Main Dish on his Full Course Menu.
The Bacchus Dragon is a large reptilian dragon with pink scaly skin and two long tails, contained with alcohol. It has large red wings, dark eyes and a spike on the tip of its nose, along with two pairs of spikes on the sides of its nose.
Unlike most creatures from the alcohol paradise, it is implied that the Bacchus Dragon is quite dangerous. Possibly making somewhat of a mean drunk.
The meat of the Bacchus Dragon is a high class ingredient with an equally high alcohol content, making it a delicacy among heavy drinkers. The Bacchus Dragon's flesh oozes with the taste of rich brandy. Because there's not so much as a scale of Bacchus Dragon that doesn't contain alcohol, minors are prohibited from consuming it.
After Toriko successfully defeated Bei of the Gourmet Corp., Mansam threw a feast later that night to celebrate Toriko's victory and he treated everyone to his Full Course Menu, including his main dish, the Bacchus Dragon.
Powers and Abilities[]
The full strength and abilities of the Bacchus Dragon are unknown, however since the species is considered the ruler of Bacchus Island, it is likely the dominant predator of its domain.
