Butterfly Morpho appeared in 1966 TV series called Ultra Q. Butterfly Morpho (モルフォ蝶 Morufo Chō) are a race of gigantic butterflies that appeared in episode 22 of Ultra Q.
One day in the Amazon rain forest, a scientist by the name of Kohji was studying the local wildlife when he came across the Butterfly Morpho. As he tried to study these giant insects, however, he started to choke on the bizarre pollen they were emitting and quickly passed out as a couple of them hovered around him. After the Butterfly Morphs left, Kohji would soon transform into a giant thanks to their pollen.
