The Cloud Shout appeared in 2013 movie called Toriko the Movie: Bishokushin's Special Menu. The Cloud Shout (クラウドシャウト) is an enormous wild beast that lives in the clouds of the Hungry Triangle.
It is an extremely large creature that dwarfs helicopters in terms of size. It has thick red skin that has a rough look. There are two green glowing eyes on each side of its head. Additionally, its head looks similar to that of a fish.
While not much is known about its behavior, it can be seen as aggressive when hunting.
When Toriko, Komatsu, Terry, Rin, and Teppei were heading to Acacia's Kitchen, they employed Tom to fly them there with a mach helicopter. As they entered the Hungry Triangle, the came across a cloud shout who attempted to eat them. Tom skillfully avoided the creature and it has not been seen since.
