The Deer Undead appeared in 2004 TV series called Kamen Rider Blade. Deer Undead (ディアーアンデッド Diā Andeddo): The Deer Undead first arrives to call Chalice out, using his lightning powers on human victims until Garren arrives to fight him before the Undead leaps away with Garren in pursuit. However, Blade intercepts the Undead as Garren vainly tries to handle the Undead on his own. But once the Deer Undead wounds Garren, Blade seals the Undead. Later, Leangle briefly released the Undead until Blade sealed him again with his Lizard Slash.
The Deer Undead of the World of Blade was among several Undead who fought alongside the Kamen Riders against the Riders and Fangire of the World of Kiva when their worlds were merged into the world of the Rider War. After it is revealed that the Undead had allied to Dai-Shocker along with the Fangire, they are destroyed alongside the remaining Fangire by Diend's Dimension Shoot.
The Deer Undead's sealing at the hands of Blade was shown in a recollection by Amadum as he explained the nature of his world as a paradise for monsters destroyed by the Kamen Riders.
