Leech Dracula appeared in 1974 TV series called Kamen Rider X. Leech Dracula (ヒルドラキュラ Leech Dorakyura) is a Count Dracula-themed leech monster. He was destroyed by X's Shinkuu Jigoku Guruma and the X Kick.
