Neighthan appeared in 2016 video game called Yo-Kai Watch 3. Neighthan (Japanese: 馬頭 Mezu) is a Rank S, Ice-attribute Rare, Classic Yo-kai of the Brave tribe.
Neighthan resembles a muscular male humanoid horse with chalk white skin, eyes dark magenta irises and light blue sclera wild light blue hair, and a tiny marking on his forehead, which resembles a horse's head. He wears purple torso armor with yellow bindings and similar hued forearm protectors with yellow borders and black fingerless gloves.
For combat, Neighthan wields a stylized sodegarami modeled after a trident.
