The Nipper Spore appeared in 1995 video game called Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. Nipper Spores are obstacles that spawn Nipper Plants, commonly seen in the Yoshi franchise. Generally, they resemble red spheres that are attached to white balls of fluff via small, black or yellow stems.
