The wings at the top of her head have a brown and white pattern that can be seen in her tie and wide bird tail. She wears a brown shirt with a double breasted white jacket on top with a similar pattern to her wings at the sleeves, ending in a yellow color. She has a circular skirt, white leggings that fade into a yellow color at the bottom, and yellow shoes that fade into brown at the end.
Northern goshawks are a species widespread throughout the forests of North America, Europe and Asia. Averaging 55 cm in length, they are the largest and bulkiest species of the genus Accipiter. Adult goshawks are dark slate gray above with pale gray barred underparts, while the juveniles are brown and streaky, with narrow dark bands in the tail. While being similar in aspect, female goshawks have a larger body mass than males.
They live in coniferous and deciduous forests, feeding mostly on birds, mammals, invertebrates and reptiles of moderate to larger size. They are stealthy predators that perch on branches while scoping the landscape for food; they then attack with quick, agile flight to overtake smaller birds or capture their prey, in the case of small mammals.
Northern goshawks live solitarily or in pairs and are diurnal. They are mostly sedentary, and they typically remain in their nesting areas throughout their lives while also being highly territorial and aggressive towards intruders.
