The Vampire Bike appeared in 1990 movie called I Bought a Vampire Motorcycle. This here motorcycle was in fact possessed by an evil spirit, so instead of gas to make it go it needs blood. It has a broken light bulb that glows red and its covered in entirely of spikes especially its wheel, but its only weakness is as vampire it can only be killed by holy water, sunlight, and garlic especially if someone has a garlic breath.
